By accessing or using Quantum Flex AI's website and products (including SupplierWatch and SmartForms), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Quantum Flex AI provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products designed for small and mid-sized manufacturers, including:
- SupplierWatch: AI-powered supplier risk monitoring and alerting
- SmartForms: Digital form builder for manufacturing operations
- Custom Development: Bespoke software solutions for manufacturing businesses
User Accounts
To use our products, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
Payment Terms
For paid services:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Quantum Flex AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Flex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
