These terms

These terms govern your use of quantumflexai.com, the website of QuantumFlex AI Inc. ("we"), a custom software and automation business in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada. By using the site you agree to them. They cover this website only; the software products we operate carry their own terms on their own sites.

What this site offers

The site describes what we build and how we work, lets you send us a message, and lets you book a free introductory call. You do not sign up or register for anything to use it, and nothing on it is sold or paid for online.

Booking a call

• The introductory call is thirty minutes, free of charge, and carries no obligation on either side.
• You can cancel or reschedule it at any time through the link in your confirmation email. We may need to move or cancel a call too; if so, we tell you by email as early as we can.
• The link in your emails is private to your booking. Do not share it, and do not use a link that is not yours.
• A booked call is a conversation, not a commitment by either side to any work.

Custom work

Any work beyond the call is agreed in a written quote or agreement, which sets its scope, price, ownership and schedule and governs that work. Nothing on this site is an offer to build anything at a stated price, and no figure on this site is a quote.

Invoices for agreed work are paid by Interac e-Transfer on the payment terms printed on the invoice.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• send messages or bookings that are false, abusive, or not yours to make;
• probe, overload or interfere with the site, its forms or the systems behind them;
• copy the site’s content for reuse without our permission;
• use a booking link that belongs to someone else.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to QuantumFlex AI Inc.. The names and marks of the businesses and products shown in the portfolio belong to their owners. Who owns what in custom work is set in the agreement for that work.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as available. We keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, and its content may change without notice. A booking confirmation is a confirmation of the time, not a promise of any particular outcome.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, QuantumFlex AI Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from a call booked through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability for custom work is set in the agreement for that work.

Privacy

How we handle personal information on this site — what the forms collect, what our statistics record, what the Meta Pixel sends, and how long each is kept — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page and the date at the top moves. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Alberta.
